SNEH Profile
SNEH – Sustainability, Nurturing, Empowerment & Health
Established in 2019 by the C.L. Gupta Charitable Foundation, Ram Ganga Vihar Phase-1 Near RRK Public School, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh- 244001, SNEH is a pioneering Organic Farming Research Centre dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and healthier living. Built on the principles of sustainability and community empowerment, SNEH works towards creating a farming ecosystem that is natural, eco-friendly, and beneficial for both people and the planet.
At SNEH, emphasis is given on the fact that agriculture should work in harmony with nature. Our centre follows 100% organic farming practices, avoiding the use of harmful chemical fertilizers and pesticides. By focusing on natural cultivation methods, soil fertility management, composting, biological inputs, and responsible water usage, we aim to preserve soil health, improve biodiversity, and produce safe, nutritious, and chemical-free food.
Our farms are designed to encourage sustainable agricultural systems that not only protect the environment but also support long-term productivity and farmer well-being. Through innovative organic practices and continuous learning, SNEH serves as a model for responsible and sustainable farming.
SNEH also works through its dedicated initiatives RAWE and ELP i.e. Student READY (Rural Entrepreneurship Awareness Development Yojana), focusing on sustainable rural development, environmental awareness, farmer education, and community empowerment. These initiatives aim to strengthen knowledge-sharing, promote responsible agricultural practices, and encourage long-term sustainability through training, innovation, and grassroots participation.
As a centre for research, education, and skill development, SNEH regularly organizes training programs, workshops, field demonstrations, and awareness campaigns for farmers, students, and agricultural enthusiasts. The centre is also approved as a SID (Skill India Digital Hub) Hub and is associated with recognized organizations such as NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) and ASCI (Agriculture Skill Council of India).
Under this initiative, SNEH offers a 6-Month Skill Development Certificate Course – “Agri Service Input Dealer”, designed to provide practical and technical knowledge related to agriculture, crop advisory, agri-input management, and sustainable farming practices.
After receiving recognition from the Government of India, SNEH started this NSDC-affiliated certificate program in alignment with the honourable Prime Minister’s vision of empowering those individuals who could not continue their education or were unable to complete their studies due to various circumstances. The initiative especially focuses on supporting marginal farmers, rural youth, and individuals seeking better livelihood opportunities through skill-based agricultural education.
After successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a recognized certification through which they become eligible to apply for Fertilizer License, Seed License, and Pesticide/Agro-Chemical License. This creates opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and independent agri-business development in the agricultural sector while empowering rural youth and farmers towards self-reliance and sustainable growth.
With a strong focus on quality and safety, SNEH maintains high operational and production standards. The center is proudly associated with recognized certifications and registrations including:
| ✓ | FSSAI | Approved |
| ✓ | ISO | Certified |
| ✓ | MSME | Registered |
| ✓ | HACCP | Certified |
These recognitions reflect our commitment to food safety, quality assurance, sustainable production systems, and consumer trust.
Driven by the values of sustainability, nurturing, empowerment, and health, SNEH continues to work towards building a greener, healthier, and more self-reliant future. Through innovation, research, education, and community engagement, we aspire to inspire positive change in agriculture and contribute towards a more sustainable world for future generations.
